Was employed by the European Union as an expert, to review the pre-accession states of Hungary, Czech republic and Romania, in assessing their readiness to comply with European standards of Major Crime investigation techniques and data compliance.

NON OPERATIONAL

EFQM European Foundation for Quality Manager “Change Manager” routinely bringing into UK Policing contractual income from industry partnerships in excess of half a million pounds a year in cost based effective collaborations.

David Ryan has worked with the Department for Transport, the Home Office and the DVLA on data management, intelligence and strategic issues, via a contract in the role of Director of Intelligence for the DVLA.
